Work as a Bartender with us

Working as a bartender at Langley means being part of a social and fast-paced environment where great service and a welcoming atmosphere are at the centre of the guest experience. From serving cocktails and drinks to creating a lively atmosphere at the bar, you help create memorable moments throughout the guest stay.

You will work closely with both the restaurant and hotel team during daily service. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for hospitality and feels confident behind the bar. Since both guests and team members are international, good communication skills in English are required.

Typical tasks as a bartender:
  • Greeting guests with a smile, taking & making orders
  • Prepping and keeping the bar organized
  • Opening and closing incl. cleaning & inventory
  • Working together with the restaurant during service
  • Administrative tasks such as end of day reports etc.
  • Solving problems for our guests and being a "local expert"
