As a Hotel Manager, you work closely with all departments, from reception and housekeeping to restaurant and bar. You support your team, help solve challenges as they arise and make sure guests enjoy a smooth and memorable stay.
It's a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same.
The role is often a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, taking responsibility and leading by example. You are comfortable making decisions, supporting your team and being present in the daily operation.
