Hotel Manager

Hotel Manager – Langley Hotel Rendlhof, St. Anton

Langley Hotels & Resorts is looking for a hands‑on Hotel Manager to lead Hotel Rendlhof in St. Anton am Arlberg. Rendlhof is a smaller, intimate hotel where the manager is close to both guests and staff. You will run the full seasonal operation (summer and winter) and make sure our guests experience Langley’s “active relaxation in a family atmosphere”.

Applications are welcome from both individual candidates and couples. We are particularly interested if at least one person has solid hotel management experience and both have strong F&B backgrounds.

Your role

You have overall responsibility for:

  • Operations & F&B: Plan and lead daily hotel operations, ensure our F&B concepts are delivered according to Langley guidelines, follow up sales and HACCP standards, handle ski passes, maintenance and safety routines. As this is a smaller, F&B‑driven hotel, you are frequently present in the restaurant and bar and enjoy service on the floor.

  • Finance & systems: Own the hotel’s P&L and budget, approve invoices, run monthly inventories, and keep PMS, EPOS, P1 and online channels (website/OTAs) accurate and up to date.

  • People & culture: Recruit with support from central HR, onboard and schedule seasonal staff, develop and motivate the team, follow up KPIs and productivity, ensure staff policies and accommodation standards, and lead performance dialogues.

  • Standards & communication: Safeguard Langley standards, represent our values (Open Eyes, Open Smile), prepare and follow up weekly meetings, and manage the hotel’s social media together with head office in line with company policy.

You are a visible host in the hotel, building relations with our guests, supporting the team on the floor and turning guest feedback into concrete improvements.

Your profile

  • Several seasons/years in hotels
  • Strong and proven experience in F&B‑driven, seasonal or resort hotels
  • Enjoy working in a smaller property where you are close to day‑to‑day operations and to the guests
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural, seasonal teams
  • Confident with P&L responsibility, hotel systems and online channels
  • Very good English and German
  • Structured, commercial and calm under pressure – but not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed
  • Share our passion for active holidays, local experiences and a warm, personal atmosphere

We offer

  • Full responsibility for a Langley ski & summer hotel with strong brand support
  • An informal, international work environment and close collaboration with Langley HQ
  • Competitive terms according to the local market and the possibility to grow within Langley
