Your role
As a Hotel Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of one of our hotels. You lead and inspire your team, ensure high service standards and create an environment where both guests and employees thrive.
The role is hands-on and requires active involvement in the daily operation. You will work closely with all departments to ensure that Langley’s service concept is delivered consistently throughout the guest experience.
Food & beverage is an important part of our operation, and you will play a key role in maintaining high standards, efficient workflows and a strong guest experience across the restaurant and bar areas.
You will be responsible for key performance areas such as guest satisfaction, sales, budgeting and staff management. As many of our hotels operate seasonally, you will also be involved in recruitment, pre-opening preparations, training and operational planning before and throughout the season.
