As Hotel Manager at Langley Resort Napoléon Bonaparte, you are responsible for leading the daily hotel operations and ensuring a high and consistent guest experience across all departments. The role combines operational leadership with hands-on involvement in the day-to-day running of the resort.
You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards within food & beverage, activities and guest service, while making sure the Langley concept is reflected throughout the guest experience. The role requires strong leadership skills, a positive mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate an international team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within hospitality management is required, and a background in restaurant or F&B operations is considered a strong advantage. Since both guests and team members are international, all communication is in English, and conversational French is needed for the role.
