Work in the reception with us

Working in reception at Langley means being at the heart of the guest experience. You will welcome guests on arrival, help with everyday questions and support the daily hotel operations together with the rest of the team.

As part of the reception team, you will assist guests with everything from check-in and bookings to local recommendations and practical support during their stay. Since both guests and local contacts are international, strong communication skills in English and French are required.

Typical work tasks as a receptionist:
  • Greeting guests and handling check-in/check-out
  • Handling bookings, cancellations, emails and phone calls
  • Collaborating closely with other hotel departments
  • Helping guests with local recommendations and practical support
  • Administrative tasks and daily routines
