Who can work as a Kids Club Leader?

You're a positive and energetic person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. You love coming up with fun activities, but you also understand the importance of responsibility, safety and inclusion.

You're calm in unexpected situations, confident leading groups and enjoy creating an environment where every child feels seen and welcome.

Swedish and English skills are required for this role.

Job description

Typical tasks for a Kids Club Leader:

• Participating in welcome meetings and meeting families upon arrival
• Planning and leading games, activities and adventures
• Organising creative activities, beach games and outdoor fun
• Being present during family activities and special events
• Opening and closing the Kids Club area
• Administrative tasks such as inventory and activity planning
