We are looking for a dedicated hotel manager who will lead all departments in the hotel. You are driven by working with a high and consistent quality, lead and inspire your team, experience from working in a multi-cultural environment as guests and team members are international.
The position is very hands on, you need to be a part of the daily operations securing that all SOPs are up to standard. Key areas are food, beverages and activities as well as following up that our company concept is implemented and followed in the daily operations. Background as restaurant manager or FNB manager is an advantage. All communication is in English, and you need a conversational level of French.
