What It's Like to Work in Our Activity Team

Being part of our activity team at Resort Fort Royal means helping guests discover the very best of Guadeloupe. Whether you're leading excursions, hosting activities or sharing local knowledge, you'll play an important role in creating memorable holiday experiences.

Working in the activity team combines guest interaction, adventure and teamwork in an international environment where every day brings new experiences.

Bringing the Destination to Life

For many guests, the activities and excursions become some of the highlights of their holiday. As part of the activity team, you'll help guests explore the island, try new activities and create memories that last long after they return home.

From excursions and sports activities to social events and guest interaction around the resort, you'll be part of creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere throughout the season.

Who is this role for?

Activity roles are a great fit for people who enjoy working with others and thrive in an active and social environment. You're outgoing, service-minded and comfortable taking initiative while leading groups and interacting with guests.

Many of our team members have a background in sports, coaching, guiding, tourism or hospitality, but what they often have in common is a passion for people, travel and creating great experiences.

Why Spend a Season in Guadeloupe with Us?

Living and working in Guadeloupe offers a unique combination of international hospitality and Caribbean island life. You'll become part of an international team, work with guests from different countries and spend your days surrounded by tropical beaches, lush nature and a vibrant local culture.

Along the way, you'll have the chance to develop both professionally and personally, gain valuable experience and grow together with your team throughout the season.
