The hotel:

Langley hotel Tignes 2100 is modern, tasteful, and with an excellent location in Tignes Le Lac (the main village). The hotel has 80+ rooms and the spa area overlooks the peaceful lake, and the restaurant offers an inviting and sunny terrace.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Receptionist Manager to lead our front desk team in the Tignes-Val D'Isere area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the reception team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Room checks and ensure efficiancy in both housekeeping & reception

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and front desk operations.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
