With a guest focus you as a Porter need to have an eye for the guest's needs and be at the right time and place to help out. It can be everything from luggage transportation, making sure the common areas are tidy, and always be available to answer questions.
You are a positive service oriented person with structure and organize skills that are not affraid to help where it´s needed. You should be able to manage various task so the operations runs smoothly. Previous experience of similar jobs is a plus but not mandatory.
