Langley is a family-owned company that consist of one tour operator based in Scandinavia and one Hotel & Resort operator that operates in Europe and the Caribbean. We're looking for passionate and service-minded people to join our restaurant and bar teams across our Alpine hotels. We offer a variety of positions, from Waiter/Waitress and Bartender to Breakfast Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress, Restaurant Supervisor and Restaurant & Bar Manager.

Whether you're serving breakfast, recommending wines, mixing cocktails or leading a team, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your role

Food, drinks and service are a central part of every guest's stay. As part of our restaurant and bar team, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax, socialise and enjoy their holiday.

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include guest service, food and beverage recommendations, bar service, daily operations or team leadership. You'll work closely with colleagues across the hotel and contribute to delivering the high level of service we're known for.

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing for and delivering breakfast, lunch or dinner service
  • Welcoming guests and providing food and beverage recommendations
  • Serving food, wine, cocktails and other beverages
  • Working closely with the kitchen, bar and hotel teams
  • Following opening and closing procedures
  • Supporting and leading colleagues in supervisory and management roles

Your profile

You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering great service. You're positive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.

Depending on the position, previous experience in restaurants, bars, hospitality or leadership may be required. We value a genuine interest in food, beverages and guest experiences, as well as a willingness to learn and develop.

All positions require good English skills. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
