The restaurant and bar are at the heart of the hotel experience, and we are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager who understands how to create the atmosphere, energy and quality our guests expect.

Langley is a family-owned hospitality group operating hotels and resorts in the French Alps, the Austrian Alps, Corsica and Guadeloupe. Our concept is built around active relaxation, personal service and authentic destinations.

The role

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will lead the daily F&B operation with presence, structure and commercial focus.

You will be close to the team and the guests, making sure that breakfast, dinner and bar service run smoothly and that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. You understand that great service is not only about routines, but also about timing, atmosphere, product knowledge and genuine hospitality.

You will play an important role in bringing the Langley concept to life through food, drinks, service and social guest moments. You will motivate and coach an international seasonal team, drive sales and upselling, follow up on quality and costs, and make sure the restaurant and bar are places where guests want to return.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an active, hands-on and service-minded F&B leader who enjoys being visible in the operation.

You are likely someone who:

• Has experience from restaurant and bar operations.
• Understands how to create a great guest experience in a seasonal resort environment.
• Enjoys leading, coaching and motivating an international team.
• Has a commercial mindset and likes working with sales, upselling, quality and cost control.
• Is structured, energetic and comfortable in a high-tempo environment.
• Has a genuine interest in skiing, mountain life and active destinations.
• Has preferably worked previous seasons in the French Alps or similar alpine resorts.
• Speaks fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
• Has a positive, solution-oriented and can-do attitude
