Working as a Ski Technician means combining technical expertise with guest service, problem-solving and a genuine passion for skiing.
The ski rental is often one of the first stops for our guests when they arrive. As a Ski Technician, you'll help them find the right equipment, answer questions and ensure they feel ready for their time in the mountains.
From fitting boots and adjusting bindings to waxing and tuning skis, no two days are exactly the same. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the hotel and support the operation where needed throughout the season.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys skiing, working with people and sharing their knowledge with others. You're practical, service-minded and enjoy helping guests find the equipment that suits them best.
Many of our Ski Technicians have experience from ski rental operations, ski service or other hospitality roles, but what they often have in common is a strong interest in skiing and a desire to create great experiences for guests.
Living and working in the Alps is a unique experience in itself. You'll become part of an international community, work alongside colleagues from different countries and spend your winter surrounded by mountains, ski villages and a vibrant seasonal atmosphere.
Along the way, you'll have the chance to develop both professionally and personally, gain valuable experience and grow throughout the season.
