As a Kids Club Leader, you help create unforgettable holiday memories for our youngest guests. Through games, activities and adventures, you'll create a fun, safe and welcoming environment where children can make new friends and enjoy their holiday to the fullest.
Working as a Kids Club Leader means combining creativity, responsibility and a genuine passion for working with children.
No two days are exactly the same. One day you might be building snow forts, organising games or helping out at ski school, while the next could include movie nights, creative activities or new adventures around the destination.
You'll spend your days creating experiences that children look forward to and helping families enjoy a memorable holiday together.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with children and has a positive, energetic approach. You're patient, responsible and comfortable leading activities while ensuring that everyone feels included and safe.
Many of our Kids Club Leaders have experience from childcare, sports, education or hospitality, but what they often have in common is a genuine interest in helping children have fun and grow in confidence.
Living and working in the Alps is a unique experience in itself. You'll become part of an international community, work alongside colleagues from different countries and spend your winter surrounded by mountains, ski villages and a vibrant seasonal atmosphere.
Along the way, you'll have the chance to develop both professionally and personally, gain valuable experience and grow throughout the season.
