Being part of our reception team at Resort Fort Royal means being one of the first people guests meet when they arrive and someone they can rely on throughout their stay. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping guests make the most of their time in Guadeloupe.
Working in reception combines guest service, problem-solving and teamwork in an international environment where no two days are exactly the same.
The reception is often the hub of the resort. From welcoming arriving guests and answering questions to helping with bookings, recommendations and practical support, you'll be involved in many parts of the guest journey.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the resort and help create the friendly and personal atmosphere we're known for.
Reception roles are a great fit for people who enjoy working with others and providing great service. You're organised, solution-oriented and comfortable handling a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Many of our reception team members have a background in hospitality, tourism or customer service, but what they often have in common is a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
